Fly from London to Los Angeles with British Airways (+/- 11 hour flight duration).

On arrival at LAX International airport, make your way to your rental car hire company using the airport complimentary shuttle buses. Collect your hire car and make your way to your chosen hotel, located in Santa Monica.

The journey will take you approximately 40 minutes.

Enjoy two full days to self explore Los Angeles.

We have chosen Hotel Carmel by the Sea, located across the road from the famous Santa Monica Pier.

This hotel is part of "Historic Hotels of America" and is a standard 3-star hotel very well priced and perfectly adequate with a great location. The beach is meters away, and also Third Street Promenade which is an outdoor shopping district of Los Angeles with lots of restaurants and cinemas.

Rent a bicycle for approx. 15USD per day and head along the beach front promenade to Venice Beach. it will take you less than 30 minutes to get there.

Explore Hollywood, Beverly Hills, sunset at Griffith Park or enjoy a day a Disneyland or Universal Studios or surfing in Malibu... so much to see and do in Los Angeles!

If you prefer to stay at a different location in Los Angeles or prefer a different hotel of a higher standard, just let us know.

Los Angeles - Grand Canyon
Leaving Los Angeles, you will be driving to Grand Canyon National Park (+/- 8 hours driving distance). It will be a long drive but well worth it. Arrive at your hotel hotel early evening just before dinner time. We have chosen a hotel located just ten minutes away from Grand Canyon National Park entrance in the South Rim, where you get the best iconic views!

Wake up early and admire the beautiful sunrises and the reflection of the morning sun on the mountains. A view you will never forget. Enjoy a full day hiking and exploring the best this stunning location has to offer.

Grand Canyon - Las Vegas
After breakfast, self drive to Las Vegas. Approximate driving distance +/- 4 hours. We have included 3-night accommodation at Luxor Resort and Casino at the famous Vegas Strip. Hotel upgrades are available at a supplements.

Enjoy two full days of fun and gamble in the Sin City, Las Vegas. Do not miss the fountain show at Bellagio hotel, gamble at Planet Hollywood or a night of fun at Freemont Boulevard, in vintage Vegas.

Enjoy a day of hiking and adventure at Yosemite! Never leave food or chocolates in the car while out exploring. The bears may destroy you car if you do and your car insurance won't cover that!

Morning drive to San Francisco airport and drop car off. Approximate driving time +/- 5 hours. Afternoon free at leisure.

Enjoy two full days to self explore San Francisco. We selected a hotel located in Union Square, central San Francisco. But if you prefer a different location, perhaps in Fisherman's Wharf or even a quieter location outside the city but not too far from it, just let us know.

Full day to self explore San Francisco. Take a ferry to Alcatraz former prison, drive along the famous Golden Gate towards the sleepy Sausalito and Tiburon, spend a day at Napa Valley or go out for dinner at trendy gay friendly Castro. San Francisco has so much to offer!
