VIP Service at Havana airport
While most travel companies will just sell simple packages including flights, transfers and hotels, we at All About Tailor Made Travel go a bit further and offer extra services adding more care and detail to your holiday so it all runs completely flawless from beginning to end. We personally know that arriving in Cuba can sometimes be a bit of a hassle, having to wait for your luggage to come out the carousel can often take a bit too long. That plus the immigration queues which can sometimes be frustratingly slow, particularly when several international flights all arrive at the same time. VIP Service on arrival at Havana airport is an optional service that is well worth having it pre booked, especially if your flight lands at Havana’s José Martí International Airport on a week-end or during high season periods (January, February, July, August, Easter, Christmas and school holidays). This exclusive service will save you from the long queues when going through passport immigration control. A VIP Company representative holding up a card with your name will greet you at the end of the aircraft ramp, just inside the airport terminal building corridor. You will then be escorted to the VIP fast track immigration control queue. Once you have passed this point, your guide will re-greet you on the other side and ask for your luggage identity tags (these are usually stuck to the air ticket counterfoil) and your passports. The guide will also ask for a description of your luggage in order to find it for you on the carousel. The guide will then escort you to the VIP lounge on the second floor, where complimentary drinks and light snacks are available. After your luggage has been collected, your guide will meet you back at the VIP Lounge, will return your passports and will bring downstairs to the arrival hall where your luggage will be waiting for you. NOTE. There is no VIP service prior to check in on departure.
