Fly direct with British Airways from London to San Jose and discover the natural beauty of this exotic and unique country in Central America. Visit the remote Tortuguero National Park staying at Mawamba beach front eco jungle lodge. After your stay in the jungle, collect your SUV automatic vehicle and self drive to Arenal Volcano National Park. While in Arenal, you can hike, swim in thermal waters, zip line, paddle board at Arenal Lake or go water rafting in the nearby wild rivers. Your next stop will be Monteverde Cloud Forest. Then ferry across to Tambor and spend 3 nights at Tango Mar Beach front resort. Ferry back to main land for your last 3 nights at Manuel Antonio National Park.

Day flight from London to San Jose.
On arrival at San Jose International airport, you will be met by our local representatives who will assist you with your private transfer to your chosen hotel.

San Jose - Tortuguero National Park
After a two hour road transfer, stop at Guapiles for an early morning breakfast (included), then continue another hour by shuttle road transfer to La Pavona Pier and from this point, take a shuttle boat transfer to Mawamba Lodge. You will be able to enjoy plenty of birdlife as well as crocodiles, sloths, monkeys, etc... until reaching your chosen accommodation.
In the afternoon, enjoy a guided complimentary walking tour of Tortuguero town.

Morning guided boat tour (included) at Tortuguero National Park. Expect to see many different species of birds, sloths, howler monkeys, turtles, crocodiles and more.
In the afternoon, there is a second guided boat tour available at a small extra charge. Mawamba Lodge also organises night tours to see the nocturnal wildlife all year round.
Between March and October every year, it is possible to book a guided beach walk at night, to see hundreds of Leatherback turtles lay their eggs. Something quite unique to witness.
