Drive approximately one hour along the East Coast to Kualoa Ranch. This is the place where all Jurassic Park movies have been filmed, as well as the popular TV series of LOST, Hunger Games, Pearl Harbour, 50 First Dates and many more big Hollywood productions.At Kualoa Ranch you can spend half day at their exclusive private beach at Secret Island, or go horse riding through the Valley, do an ATV tour, a movie guided tour plus several other activities.
Just half an hour North of Kualoa Ranch you will find the Polynesian Cultural Centre, a place where you will learn all about the Hawaiian Culture. You will be able to see live tribal music performances, participate in local games and more. It is great fun!

Drive and explore the Southern part of the island towards Waimea Canyon - known as the "Grand Canyon of the Pacific", and check Wailua River and Fern Grotto.
It's a great idea to visit the Canyon in the morning to fully appreciate the different colours and shades over the magic landscapes.In the afternoon, take a sunset cruise along the Na Pali Coast State Park, one of the most stunning Coasts in the World. Again, seeing the sun setting at Na Pali Coast is something that will stay with you forever. Many water falls fall straight from the mountains onto the sea. Your catamaran will go so close to them that you will surely get very wet!
November to April is the whale season in Hawaii so whales breaching is definitely a common site in these magical waters. During your sunset catamaran you will also have the opportunity to snorkel. Watch out for the beautiful dolphins!Many guests prefer a helicopter flight over the Na Pali Coast as an alternative to the sunset catamaran. We recommend the sailing though and perhaps do the helicopter flight a few days later while visiting Big Island.

There are so many scenic spots to explore in Big Island that it is difficult to select the best ones!
We suggest a drive towards the southern part of Big Island, following the route to Hilo and self discovering the Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park.
You will be driving through many coffee and macadamia nut farms along the way. Eruption sites will be just under a mile away from this scenic volcanic driving route. Continue your journey driving along the Hamakua coastline along the northern part of Big Island. En route, stop at Waimea and take the road to Kailua-Kona. This part of Big Island is one of the best scenic driving routes of the island.Drive towards Kailua town. Kailua is a very pretty historic seaside town and the place where King Kamehameha lived his final years.
We highly recommend a two hour helicopter flight over Big Island's Volcano National Park and Coastline, an impressive experience that surely will be the highlight of your trip.
In the evening, try snorkeling at the volcanic Kona Coast with Manta Rays. These wonderful creatures are attracted to the light so they will swim really close to you making your experience truly mesmerising.

You may wish to drive to the top of Mt. Haleakala, a Volcano that forms the eastern side of the island of Maui with 3,000 meters of altitude.
Sunset dinner cruise is also very popular, cruises leave from the town of Lahaina. Whale watching season in Maui runs from January to April, which are their winter months, although the weather is always warm and pleasant all year around.Drive from Mt. Haleakala to Hana, this is another popular driving route.

Oahu is probably the most popular Hawaiian island with iconic locations such as Pearl Harbor, North Shore, Kualoa Ranch ( film set of some of Hollywood's legendary films such as Jurassic Park, Hunger Games, LOST TV series and more ) and The Polnesian Cultural Center, where you will learn all about Hawaiian cuisine, music and dance. Waikiki Beach is an ideal place to relax for a few days when arriving in Hawaii.
Kauai is the smallest Hawaiian Island of the main four islands, and is considered the more "relaxed" island by the local Hawaiians. Na'pali Coast and Waimea Canyon are two massive highlights you don't want to miss.
Hawaii's Big Island is our personal favourite island. Volcanoes National Park is one of the most spectacular places on Earth. Spend at least a full day there exploring some of the many different hiking trails. There is a hotel right inside the park, it is pricey but it is definitely worth perhaps spending one night there. Akaka Falls, Hapuna Beach, black sands beaches, green sand beaches and so much more to experience in Big Island...
Maui or "the Rainbow Island" is the perfect island to end your Hawaiian adventure. Ka'anapali Beach is one of Maui's most popular beaches and a perfect place to stay. Do the "Road to Hana", visit Haleakala National Park or go star gazing. Maui is just honeymooners' paradise!

Flights from the U.K. to Hawaii normally leave early in the morning, arriving in Hawaii in the early evening hours, local time. Please don´t forget Hawaii is ten hours behind our time zone so your first day will feel very long, it will be a 34-hour long day.
Flight route is usually via Los Angeles or San Francisco (11 hour flight) followed by a second flight from California direct to one of the Hawaiian Islands (second flight duration is just over five hours). Connecting times are generally speaking, very good. We recommend United Airlines, British Airways or Virgin Atlantic as your best flight options from the U.K. to Hawaii.
For your return flight from Hawaii back to U.K. we highly recommend, if time allows, to stop over at either Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York or Las Vegas for a few days.
